Payment & Account Management

Account Switch Criteria

  • Account switch is permitted only if at least 10 days of service remain.

  • This ensures proper transition and smooth handover between accounts.

Payment Refund Policy

  • The amount paid for Account Health Management (AHM) or any other services is non-refundable.

  • This is because services are pre-scheduled, and resources are allocated in advance.

2. Terms & Conditions

By engaging with SNF E-Commerce Network, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to ensure clarity, professionalism, and smooth collaboration.

2.1 Data Privacy

  • Your data will never be shared with third parties.

  • All Amazon/e-commerce account data remains private between you and Amazon.

2.2 Account Permission

  • Clients must provide full access to their e-commerce accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, etc.) as required for service.

  • Access should be granted only to your assigned account manager to ensure smooth operations.

2.3 Images & Content Submission

  • Clients are responsible for providing all required product images and content.

  • Files must be uploaded to the Google Drive folder shared by the account manager.

  • The first image must have a plain white background (as per marketplace standards).

  • All content provided must be accurate and compliant with marketplace guidelines.

2.4 Monthly Listing Services

  • Any listings included in a monthly package must be used within that billing cycle.

  • Unused listings cannot be carried forward to the next month under any circumstances.

2.5 Campaign Budgets

  • Clients are responsible for setting campaign budgets.

  • All budgets must be confirmed in the official WhatsApp group managed by the account manager.

  • Campaigns will proceed only after written approval is given.

2.6 Product Quality Responsibility

  • SNF E-Commerce Network is not responsible for product quality.

  • Clients are solely responsible for ensuring their products meet marketplace standards and customer expectations.

2.7 Professional Communication

  • Clients must maintain professional, respectful, and courteous communication with account managers and staff.

  • A positive working relationship is essential for success.
